Metalfab’s background in building tooling and equipment, allows it to pick the most cost effective method to bend tubing – either automated, manual load or even manual bend. For lower volume applications Metalfab uses universal style benders where tooling can be exchanged.
In high volume applications, Metalfab designs and builds totally automated benders, where one employee can run multiple machines.
In large diameter applications, Metalfab uses CNC bending.
